Cancellation Policy: The hotel maintains a 24hour cancellation policy, which requires that a reservation be cancelled by 4pm local hotel time the day before scheduled arrival. If a reservation is not cancelled within the allotted time period, the hotel will charge a minimum of one night room and taxes to the credit card listed as guarantee for the booking. Certain promotions and special offers have additional requirements and cancellation policies. Please consult the hotel reservations staff at the time of booking as to the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

A cleaning fee of $200 may apply due to smoke odors or damage.

Shuttle Service Instructions

The Best Western Rio Grande Inn provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the Albuquerque International Airport from 7:00am to 10:00pm daily. Guests who arrive or depart before or after shuttle times are responsible for securing and paying for their own transportation. The airport pick up location is on the airport “baggage claim” level. Please call the hotel front desk at 505.843.9500 after retrieving your luggage. Departing guests should speak with the front desk the day before they wish transportation to reserve space on the shuttle.

Pet Policy

The Best Western Rio Grande Inn welcomes families who are traveling with their pets. Unfortunately, we only have a limited number of rooms that we have designated as "pet friendly". A non-refundable $25 pet fee is charged at check-in. Reservations are recommended as we respect our guests with pet allergies and do not place animals in non-designated pet rooms.
